Shipping Methods
IIGEN guarantees delivery for all orders. We offer the following worldwide shipping methods for your convenience:

Standard Worldwide Shipping: For orders under $25, a shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

Free Worldwide Shipping: For orders of $25 or more, shipping is free.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. In general, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order on our website or the carrier's site.
International Shipping
